I was approached by a recruiter who insisted on having a video call as soon as possible so that they could get to know me. However, the call was scheduled with a different person. Despite the insistence of the recruiter on this being just a first conversation, without technical questions, the call consisted on the interviewer firing questions like a robot. The interviewer was quite rude and her audio setup was not working properly, which became quite annoying as I had to constantly ask her to repeat the questions. This was specially annoying when she asked about the meaning of some acronyms, it was impossible to understand her. At the end of the interview, she rudely said that I would not be continuing with the process as I didn't have the experience with parallel programming and concurrency they were looking for. They could have asked this before the video call so that I wouldn't have wasted my time. Overall, it has probably been the worst experience I had since I started my career .
