Series of 1 on 1 interviews with various stakeholders with varying degrees of preparedness and awareness of the role, the incumbent of the role, and a few HR leaders. It was approximately 8 interviews excluding the HR recruiter screening. There was clear tension within the stakeholders about being held accountable for their lack of engagement and awareness of their personnel, which was a red flag. After the final interview there was no follow up from the hiring team which felt unprofessional and really unexpected.
