      Accounting Interview

      May 9, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Feb 2016

      Interview

Had to take a test that was ridiculous! Nothing to do with the position I applied for. The questions asked were too difficult to solve in the time limit without a calculator.

      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Beavercreek, OH
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Beavercreek, OH)

      Interview

Lengthy and confusing. They will have you go through multiple days of a plethora of interviews just to tell you that you don’t meet the requirements. Absolutely a waste of time. For the first day, I was there 6 hours interviewing with multiple people.

      Account M Interview

      Jan 3, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Dec 2013

      Interview

The process is fairly straight forward. You talk to a recruiter, take an aptitude test, then have a few interviews. The test is easy if you are looking for the right job, if you aren't, then yeah, it is probably hard. All of the negative remarks are because the person was not prepared for the job. It's as simple as that. If you don't like it, go get a job somewhere else. We have a very low acceptance rate, because they are looking for good people that will fit in to the culture. It doesn't mean you aren't a good person somewhere else, but it does mean you probably won't work out here.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked what experience I had in the automotive industry. Also, why I wanted to work there. Nothing too hard.
