I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Tulsa, OK) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was long and tedious. There are hour long assessment that are required (if you do not interview on site then you take it once, then you are going to have to take it again but "proctored" and you have to make sure you have a device to take the test and on to Skype with) and there are more than three interviews. I was able to do them over Skype which just made it a lot easier than going to site.
The interview process was extremely long for an internship. I was required to take three proctored aptitude tests with two cameras on me, as well as do 4 rounds of interviews and complete 3 projects that had to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the assignments. As a full-time college student, this was extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was also required to take a drug test, which again, was dropped on me in the middle of the week and I had something like three days to do it or my offer would be rescinded.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aptitude tests contained a lot of mathematics-related questions when that didn't relate to my role.
Very conversational. They began with talking about the specific position and what it would look like and asked if I had any questions. After the face to face portion, I filled out a document that had more behavioral style questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2021
Interview
Took a pyremtrics test then waited to hear back from the hiring manager. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete then I did not hear anything moving forward the next step was supposed to be a VIE interview I believe.
