Did not get far in the hiring process. Applied online. After a week got an email about doing an online assessment within 2 business days. Also given sample questions to help practice for the aptitude assessment. Online assessment was the worst I have taken. First you fill in employment application then personality assessment then later aptitude assessment. It was very draining and time consuming. Though I practised the sample questions I still struggled. After 4 days i got an email stating that they were not moving forward with me.

I received an email to complete a few assessments within the next 2 business days to still be considered for the position. It took over two hours to complete the assessment. Some parts were super abstract thinking and gave me a headache. Two days later they email the employment decision.
