I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Mar 2017
Interview
Very long, drawn out interview process for a low-pay marketing position. Had to take an assessment/aptitude test both at home and proctored. The test contained difficult math questions that had no relation to the position applied for. Also required multiple interviews which isn't out of the ordinary.
Process begins with a logical assessment and a personality assessment. If you get past the logical assessment (which is where many people get cut), you’re brought in for interviews. The interviews are pretty easy.

Interview
There were about 4 interviews with multiple individuals. They showed me around. They were friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience besides having to drive there multiple times. There was a weird test that you had to perform there.
Before the interview they wanted me to take an aptitude test and personality assessment. Looks like they make everyone who applies for a job take the tests. They send you sample problems. Was not expecting to take an exam to apply for a position.
