I applied online. Two days later I got reply and I was told to finish couple of online tests before I went to the facility at College Station for more aptitude assessment and possible interview. The assessment is similar to SAT, including math problems, general knowledge, abstract aptitude test, etc. Took 1-2 hours to finish.
