I sent in resume and they liked what they saw. I got an email for multiple aptitude tests that I had to take for the next step process. Took hours. I heard from them a few days later that they would like to set up a phone interview. I did that and at the end I proceeded to the next steps and that was a skype interview since I was across the country from their office location. Had the skype interview talked for an hour everything went great. I was told that I would be getting an email FOR ANOTHER TEST for the next steps. I gladly did it within that day. Heard back that they would like to set up another skype interview, they said this would be a more formal interview. I set up the skype interview. A few days later (before the skype interview) I got an email saying they were no longer interested in me. I emailed back saying I was disappointed but would like to use it as a learning opportunity for what I could do better next time. I never heard back from them. I figured they must be busy with everything so I emailed them one more time saying I understand they are busy but would like to have a short conversation or email about what could be improved. Still havent heard back from them. I guess I can waste hours and hours on tests and interviews for them but 5 minutes or a paragraph is too much to hope for in return.
