I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Kettering, OH) in Nov 2012
Interview
Took a skills assessment, interview with corporate recruiter, interview with regional sales director, another skills assessment, interview with the regional VP. Quite a few steps but able to get through them fairly quickly, they're very good about setting up interviews as soon as possible and keeping you in the loop the whole time. All interviews were relaxed, more of a conversation with a few questions thrown in, just trying to actually get to know you better.
Immediately got an interview offer. I then did some research on the company and saw how horribly structured the rest of the interview process was, then decided not to move forward.

Interview
I had to take an 30 minute aptitude and arithmetic test beforehand. Then I had someone reach out to me and I had a short phone call interview. They discussed my current job and if the commute would work for me.

Interview
Sent in my resume and a few days later was invited to complete a predictive index which matches my personality greatly. Once that was completed I received a phone call to complete an interview
