Interview
The interview took me almost an hour and a half to complete. I never really heard from anyone in person, it was all conducted through an application portal. Some of the questions were incredibly easy, some were very challenging, and others seems flat out wrong.

There were math problems, word problems, patterns, vocabulary, and personality questions.

Quick call by the HR asking basic behavioral questions and telling about the role and the team. No specific technical questions were asked. It was more of the interviewer speaking than asking questions from me
Long and not worth it. Would not recommend. Felt like a massive waste of time. Interviewer was also late and came off as pushy. In the end the ghosted me after the assessment.

The interview process was very easy and smooth. Highmy experienced in customer service. Achieved friendliness to ensure customer satisfaction. Use of numerous skills to train and lead others. Good work ethic.
