Interview
Emailed my CV and cover letter over to their recruitment/HR email via their website. Emailed back promptly within a few days instructing me to fill in a short application PDF along with login information to complete an 'Aptitude Test'. They include sample questions with this too. This test is not kind - make sure you take time to practice and get to grips with your A Level math skills for this one. It also includes personality type questions along with alpha sequencing and matching patterns in numbers very quickly. You're also not allowed to use a calculator. After sending all this off & completing the test I was contacted a few days later to set up a meeting with one of their recruiting team members. We had a 15 minute chat on Skype just to confirm some details and asked me a few questions, the recruiter was very friendly, calm and informative. Waiting on email now to hear about second interview with potential new supervisor. Over all positive experience!

Interview
The first interview was very straightforward, was just asked a few questions by the interviewer about resume and skills. Asked about education and went over my previous experience. However did not make it to technical round, so unable to comment about that.

It was a straightforward process. After I passed the online test, I was invited for a zoom meeting after 2 days. It was a good experience. The interview lasted for exactly 20minutes.

Multistep interview process. First was a preliminary with HR second was with the site director and third was with the teams supervisor. Involved technical questions and a tour of the facility.
