I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds
Interview
Connected with recruiter at college career fair. Then was contacted via email to fill out application and take a very long aptitude test (too long). Next I had a poor skype interview with a general company HR lady, who knew nothing specific about the job I was interview for, she was unable to answer any question I could easily have found online. Next I had a Skype interview with an actual manager who was nice and honest about the position. At this point I had expressed the lack of a fit and subtly became less interested.

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
