Quick process if you answer and respond back to back through each phase. Just do your research on the company beforehand and have a general understanding of the company, what they do, and research the culture prior.

Question 1
Describe yourself, weaknesses, and other general questions.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in Jan 2016
Interview
I emailed my resume to them, within a week I received an email asking me to complete an application, personality test, and aptitude test.
The personality test was relatively basic. The aptitude test was RIDICULOUS! Questions about geometry, algebra, etc. This was more difficult than any test I have ever taken and much worse than the ACT. Not sure where this aptitude test and the questions asked play into being a Sales Intern.
A week after completing the test, I was emailed saying I was no longer in consideration.
Bogus!
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Mar 2013
Interview
I was 8 hrs away during the process so I had several phone and skype interviews. Testing is difficult but the interviews were easy. First I did a phone interview with a recruiter, then online testing, an interview with hiring manager, more online testing, drug screening, then offer.
