A recruiter reached out to me for a position. I went for the on site testing for the job. The skills assessment had nothing to do with the job. I had over 20 years of experience and can say that nothing that was on the test would indicate success for the job I applied for. The assessments are geared toward recent graduates and are in no way valid predictors of job sucess.
