The assessments that you have to do in order to move forward in the process are ridiculous. Like 10 or 11 assessments with grammar errors, questions that don't have enough information to determine the correct answer, etc. Why do I need to take an assessment about mechanical knowledge when I'm not applying for a mechanical position? Why do you care where Princess Diana died? They test your personality and your aptitude for things that have nothing to do with the job, and when you ask why, they say because they could determine that you're a good fit for another position, but if you fail the initial assessment you're rejected immediately. I've gotten into universities with an easier process than that. If you don't pass you don't move forward but they give you no feedback at all. I took the assessments on 5/25 and got a rejection on 5/27.
