They ask you to complete two aptitude tests online that are hard. One without your webcam one and one with. Only after passing these you go in for 2-3 interviews. It's a very long process and the tests aren't even useful for the job.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Saint Paul, MN) in May 2022
Interview
The whole process took less than a week. I applied and got a response back to proceed with the next steps. The next steps included submitting an application with the same information they already have on your resume, personality test (45 minutes) and an aptitude assessment (1 hour). They did not specify what exactly they are looking for or what you will be judged based on. I did this the same exact day and there was no follow up response or nothing. Two days later I received an email that I have not been selected for the next steps in the process. The test were a waste of time as it had absolutely nothing to do with the role I applied for and the least they can do is specify exactly what they are looking for or maybe a score they need so you can know. They have to do better and not waste peoples time.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Be prepared for a long interview process. After sending in my resume, I received a call less than a week later. It was a basic phone call to make sure I understood the position and was willing to travel to Houston for 4 months of training. Next, I was sent an aptitude and personality test that took about 2 hours to complete. Following that, there was an hour skype interview. While waiting for the hiring managers to get back to me, I had to take a second, hour-long aptitude test that was proctored by a recruiter via Skype. Less than three days later, I was sent an automated email saying that I was not selected for the next steps in their process. Overall, it was a waste of time.
