The interview process is long and arduous: lots of tests at home, and in person, before you actually meet someone. Many of these tests appear to focus on personality in strange ways. It feels like part of the test is whether you're willing to put up with bureaucratic procedures and weird tests. By the time you've met someone, however, it's clear that you're technically qualified as well as able to get along with a highly stratified corporate environment. So the face-to-face interviews won't be very difficult to deal with, and mainly very friendly. The company seems to have a very well-defined conservative culture. For instance, at the office building I interviewed at in Texas, they allow concealed weapons on the premises (this is advertised with a sign with a gun on it on the front entrance).
