I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds in May 2022
Interview
Thorough. Did a lengthy assessment that didn't seem to relate much to the role. Did 3 interviews, first with a recruiter, then people involved with the program, then a higher up in the department. Last interview went great, totally led me to believe they would offer me the role, and said if I had any questions at all, to email him. Got an automated email 2 days later that I didn't get the role. While definitely bummed, I emailed my recruiter and the final individual I interviewed with to thank them for their time and effort, and that if anything changed or opened up to let me know. Neither one had the decency to even reply. Don't waste your time on this company. They don't really care.

Went though the whole interview proccess to be rejected at the end with no reason provided at all. I thought that was very unprofessional. When I reached back out to ask why I was completly Ghosted.

Interview
I interviewed virtually with a recruiter. It was alright, I felt like he wasn't looking at me the entire time, maybe writing stuff down. Kind of threw me off and made me feel like I wasn't worth his time. He was nice but I don't think that job would've been a good fit for me anyways.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Portland, OR) in Jul 2023
Interview
I submitted my application to Reynolds and Reynolds. Then I received a personality assessment test split into three parts. One where you answer as many questions within 15 minutes. Then they give you a list of statements where you agree or disagree. I seemed to have passed the assessment, so I got scheduled with a recruiter. The recruiter was sweet and asked what I knew about the company, my strengths/weaknesses, and my relocation plan. I got moved to the next round with the director of sales and the supervisor. It was fine, but the supervisor was outright condescending. It shows a lot if that's my supervisor. I didn't get to the next steps. Overall, the application was lengthy for an entry-level. I'd say skip this company if you don't want to waste your time. Also, they will do a drug test even for nicotine.
