I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jul 2014
Interview
The interview process was rather quick with this company. I had an interview with a recruiter, then with a supervisor, and finally with a manager. The first two were in person, and the final was over the phone. All of the interviews were one on one, none were in a panel style format. They asked basic questions that anyone would expect for an entry level job. They did not require any prior experience. The whole process took a couple of days, and then I had an offer.

Interview
First met with recruiter for video interview. Later interviewed with the Marketing team. For the last round I was able to go into the office and shadow some associates. Was not overly difficult. Felt like a pretty standard interview process.
Very tough. Many steps in the interview process. The preliminary parts took a great deal of time. This involved math related assessments, visualizations and patterns. Definitely a touch process, but worth the experience.

Interview
The interview process starts with an in depth assessment which takes around an hour and forty five minutes. The assessment is broken into two parts: a personality test and a math/pattern assessment. Each part had several sections some which were timed. Each section is multiple choice. I was emailed after my results were reviewed. I was not chosen for the next step, a face to face interview.
