Interview
The process was as follows: phone interview, online testing, Skype interview, on-site retesting, in-person interviews, Skype interview with a VP, drug test. I heard back about my offer within a week.

They asked pretty much your standard interview questions. Nothing stood out, and the questions were very repetitive during my three separate interviews. If you've ever prepared for an interview, you'll be fine.
