I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied on the company's website after seeing the company recruit on my college campus. I got an email and a phone call to come in and take a personality test and an aptitude test. It was lengthy, but must have worked since I got along with my coworkers great. I got called again for an interview. I did one pre-interview with a recruiter then did a Skype interview with my future boss. I got a call after the interview, but I had to wait 3 months to hear about an offer since they don't make intern decisions until January. The people in recruiting and the interviewing process are very nice and helpful.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your strengths? What is one of your weaknesses?
The interview process was extremely long for an internship. I was required to take three proctored aptitude tests with two cameras on me, as well as do 4 rounds of interviews and complete 3 projects that had to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the assignments. As a full-time college student, this was extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was also required to take a drug test, which again, was dropped on me in the middle of the week and I had something like three days to do it or my offer would be rescinded.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Aptitude tests contained a lot of mathematics-related questions when that didn't relate to my role.
Very conversational. They began with talking about the specific position and what it would look like and asked if I had any questions. After the face to face portion, I filled out a document that had more behavioral style questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in May 2021
Interview
Took a pyremtrics test then waited to hear back from the hiring manager. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete then I did not hear anything moving forward the next step was supposed to be a VIE interview I believe.
