I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
The appitude tests were a complete joke, huge waste of time. They are time consuming and did not even relate to the position I was applying for. I received a generic thank you for applying but we are not proceeding with your application. The HR representative was extremely nice and communicated the process well. I would suggest from reading the other comments here that the company should consider modifying the appitude tests.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Jul 2018
Interview
I came in for testing and had an interview afterwards. I was not offered the job I initially applied for but was offered to interview for another position. It was a long process. I think that I accepted just because I was desperate to get out of my other job. I wish I wouldn’t have focused so much time on this one and would have kept my options open.
