I applies online then got a phone call to come in for a one on one interview. Went in for an interview a week later. After filling out paperwork the interview took about 30 minutes. This included the interviewer giving me background information about the company then being asked about my strengths and weaknesses. Immediately after I was asked to take a placement test then a drug test. Got a call back within the week with an offer, although not the position I originally applied for.
