I applied online for the Marketing position. Was emailed certain times to come in and complete computer testing. Went to corporate offices and had to complete a variety of computer testing. Those results determine interview. Was not asked to interview.

Interview
There were about 4 interviews with multiple individuals. They showed me around. They were friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience besides having to drive there multiple times. There was a weird test that you had to perform there.
Before the interview they wanted me to take an aptitude test and personality assessment. Looks like they make everyone who applies for a job take the tests. They send you sample problems. Was not expecting to take an exam to apply for a position.
