I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Hamilton, NY) in Feb 2012
Interview
Extensive personality and intelligence testing. Then a phone interview and a skype interview. Very in depth and stressful but it was reassuring to know they took it seriously and that I would be placed in an equally qualified pool of applicants.

Question 1
Why are you interested in the automotive industry?
2 interviews over zoom and a panel. Each interview maybe took about 45 minutes and very by no means intense. You should be all good on this, trust me, not hard at all, I promise
I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH)
Interview
Had to go through multiple interviews as well as a supervised math test just to get ghosted in the end with no reasons or follow up. I didn’t bother to reach out after that.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Memphis, TN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Took about a month. Very nice people and final interview is a panel. It was a great experience, but also time consuming. Started with a phone call, then zoom, and ended with a panel.
