I applied online. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very technical interview for the position. The questions asked were not entry level. They want you to do network and security as well as basic help desk tasks. Overall disappointed in how the interview conducted the interview itself.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Dayton, OH) in Jan 2024
Interview
After submitting my résumé through their website for three different positions, I received an email saying that they were interested. I wasn’t told what position they were interested in me for so that was a bit confusing. I was then sent a link that gave me a three part Assessment to complete. One spot gave me three types of jobs and asked which one I’d preferred to do and there was about 65 of these questions. Another was an aptitude test, including math problems. In the third was a personality test. The day after I completed the test, I received an email stating that they wanted to complete an interview. It took about a week for the interview to be set up due to the holidays. I was able to set up the interview and it seemed to go well And the interviewer was extremely friendly. I was told that all of my paperwork would be given to the IT department and I would receive a call back if they were interested. I don’t know what I said what about two days later I received the dreaded we’re not interested, but will keep your résumé on file email.

Question 1
What kind of position would I be interested in? Would it be something that I helped a lot of people face-to-face or would I rather work behind-the-scenes.
