      Key Products Support Analyst Interview

      Mar 7, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      College Station, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (College Station, TX)

      Interview

Applied via email. All contact was made through email at first They have you take a little personality test and then schedule and appointment to come in and take aptitude tests like: basic math, pattern recognition, etc. (information on the test is included in the email - use it). Once you've finished your testing they take you back for a mini-interview to go over your skills and tell you about any job they think you might be good for. If you show interest for any of the jobs, they will schedule an interview with the manager of the department you chose. ( I got to do this all in one day and got a mini tour to help get a feel for the job). If the manager likes you they'll "pass your resume up to management for consideration". In roughly 5-7 days they'll call you back with an offer and walk you through the next steps.
