My interview went the same way as all these other reviews. I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours. Started off with a zoom interview and then was asked to fill out an online document of information about me. From there I was asked if I had time to speak with a hiring manager. I was given a tour and then brought to speak separately with 2 other supervisors. That is 4 individuals I had interview with. At the end they brought me back to the computer room to fill out a background info relating to my family etc and then had be do a saliva drug test. I waited about 3 days to hear back from them and was given a job offer. As one does, I negotiated the offer because the pay was low and it took them a while to get back. Only to find out the offer was completely rescinded. No explanation to offer me. The company office definitely looks like it’s stuck in the 80’s and raised a bunch of red flags throughout my interview process but the worst of all is no explanation as to why my offer was rescinded. I get the vibes that they are interviewing 24/7 and just looking for someone young they can cheap out on. Unfortunate that I wasted so much time out of my day going through their grueling interview process, but I know this is a sign and am lucky to not have to settle for this low position
