I took several personality assessments before meeting with the recruiter. This took a substantial amount of time. I read through all of their blog on their campus culture, and filled out the extensive application as well. The recruiter claimed they wanted to help me down the pathway for my selected job, urged me to let them know if I have another opportunity so that she could personally help speed the hiring process along and said after answering MORE personality tests, I could get scheduled for an interview with the department lead. All of that (literally hours of communication and work) just to get an AI automated response not even 48 hours after my initial interview that they've removed me from the hiring process and will "hold my resume on file". After reaching back to the recruiter to ask if she had any feedback or information on what happened, I was completely ghosted.
They also asked for details about my marriage status and my families employment, which felt like they wanted me to volunteer information that can sway an interview away from my qualifications which I really didn't appreciate. But I WANTED this job really badly and answered anyway.
I really don't recommend wasting your time. They don't hire for the jobs they have posted.
