Reynolds and Reynolds Junior Software Developer interview questions

One of the worst interview processes I've had - for an entry level job there amount of useless tests and questions that you have to answer for a basic salary is laughable. The aptitude tests take a few hours, most of the questions are nonsensical and the web page was taking a while to load. For a software company, this is embarrassing.

The online test wasn't difficult, in fact it wasn't related to programming at all, there were non verbal, short mathematical questions. It took more than 2 hours (there are breaks in between). I was given deadline of 48 hours to complete it. Usually, companies moan when you come in 2 minutes late yet they can easily waste 2-3 hours with 48 hours deadline for other people.
