Very casual. My recruiter emailed me to set up a phone interview. After we had our phone interview, she invited me for a face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview took place in the lobby on a couch, which was very relaxing.

I was contacted by their recruiter, I expressed interest in a leadership role, and then was contacted by another recruiter. I came in for my interview and was immediately hired. I stared a week later.
