The process was the most relaxed and at ease interview I have experienced. The interviewer was very personable and refreshing. I am grateful for the delivery and the approach of the interview.

Question 1
Name something that helps you get through a difficult situation?
Two interviews with two different managers. Both were video interviews because of covid. Both asked the same questions. They cared a lot about the kind of person I am. Not as much about the kind of work I do.

Interview
The process was quick and easy, and felt less pressured than most interview situations. It was more comfortable and relaxed. There was room for an even more relaxed feel because I personally think that they would have gotten a better idea of who I am as a worker with a candid conversation, but it was rather painless.

Most of the questions were behavior based such as: Describe a time when you helped a difficult customer, what happened, what did you do, and what was the result?
