The interview process felt disorganized and inconsistent. Had multiple surface level conversations which felt very brief and didn't meaningfully explore my skills or experience. There was mention of an assessment that never materialized, and the hiring manager's expectations were very unclear. Felt like they hadn't finished scoping the role. Recruiter was responsive but the process lacked depth and clarity, making it difficult to understand next steps or what the role truly entailed.
