I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2024
Interview
This entire process felt like a complete waste of my time. It’s clear that they push through a high volume of candidates in such a short span, which explains why the process was rushed and impersonal. I made it through every interview stage, and during the final interview, the interviewer blatantly said, "I'm really excited about you, to be honest, and you seem to be a great fit for this role." That gave me false hope that an offer was on the way. To not only receive no explanation as to why I wasn’t selected, but also to be ignored when I requested feedback, is unprofessional and disrespectful. My gut told me something was off with this company, and after reading other reviews, it all makes sense.

Question 1
Why do you love sales? Why Rippling? Give an elevator pitch.
Tough interview process but def worth it. I would recommend knowing everything you can about the company and have a good understanding of where you want your career to go.
It was quick and efficientely run. The recruiter was pretty hands off and did not have much involvement or interest in helping. Would often not respond to emails. The interviews were easy if you prepared.
had a very disappointing experience during my recent interview process at Rippling. The recruiter was completely distracted throughout the entire interview, never once looked at the camera, and seemed more interested in looking around than engaging with me. The process involved four rounds of interviews, but the overall experience was unprofessional and disorganized.
What was most frustrating was discovering through a LinkedIn post that someone else had been offered the job. When I asked the recruiter or hiring team about it, I received no response.
Overall, I would highly advise caution if considering opportunities with Rippling. The interview process was unprofessional and unresponsive, which raises concerns about the company's internal culture and communication. Avoid if you value a respectful and engaging interview experience.
