I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Good, quick, easy, proper expectations set by the recruiter and good interviewers who make you feel comfortable. Did a mock that set the proper tone and challenge level that would happen live.

Question 1
Tell me about a time ___? They asked questions, encourage you to dive deep into a story exemplifying your answer
It was quick and efficientely run. The recruiter was pretty hands off and did not have much involvement or interest in helping. Would often not respond to emails. The interviews were easy if you prepared.
had a very disappointing experience during my recent interview process at Rippling. The recruiter was completely distracted throughout the entire interview, never once looked at the camera, and seemed more interested in looking around than engaging with me. The process involved four rounds of interviews, but the overall experience was unprofessional and disorganized.
What was most frustrating was discovering through a LinkedIn post that someone else had been offered the job. When I asked the recruiter or hiring team about it, I received no response.
Overall, I would highly advise caution if considering opportunities with Rippling. The interview process was unprofessional and unresponsive, which raises concerns about the company's internal culture and communication. Avoid if you value a respectful and engaging interview experience.
