Rippling Principal Software Engineer interview questions

I had an initial call with the recruiter. Call went well and a call with the CTO was promptly set up. The call went well too but then the process started getting screwed up. I was asked to take a call at 10.30 PM my time and I waited for the interviewer for 8 minutes -- but he did not turn up. I followed up with the recruiter and he said that the interviewer had some connectivity issues. Following up, the same interviewer again did not turn up and I dropped around 10.38. The recruiter called me after I pinged him and said that the interviewer is online now. I chose to drop off and revoke my candidature. It seems Rippling is not serious about their interviewing process and definitely do not understand the concept of people taking late night interviews.
