Rite Aid Assistant Manager interview questions

Applied in December. Received call in January to set up interview. Went to Corporate office in NE Philly. One interview. Received call a few days later with offer. I accepted the offer and was placed in Center City Philly store for training. Worked there for a month or maybe 6 weeks and was then transferred to a store down S. Broad Street.

Phone screen where they asked why do you want this job followed by a 1st step two person panel interview followed by a 2nd level interview with another 2 person panel
