Interview
Fill out an online application, then the manager calls you about a week later and invites you in for an in-person interview. Be prepared with your ID and Social Security Card. The interview is very basic.
In my case, they made sure I was aware that there was a drug test, must have repeated it 2 or 3 times. I got the feeling they've had that problem before. Especially strange because I don't do drugs nor do I look like I do.

Why do you want to work here? Can you work Christmas time? (They have a lot of employees go out of town) What hours can you work? They're all very basic questions.
They were relatively friendly and polite. They had multiple schedules and a little bit understaffed so not all were available. Still a good starter job and professional interview w a manager.
Very thorough and professional. They want to know and make sure that you are able to stay on your feet and be proactive around the store. They are very welcoming and look forward to training new employees
I submitted online application, get scheduled for an interview and then i walk in，managet asked me some questions, hire on spot. Easy procress, as long as they have vacancy, usually get hired.
