The interview was brief, to the point, yet detailed as to what was expected of me. The pharmacy district manager and an APPE student interviewed me. Overall, it was a good experience.

Question 1
How do you plan on obtaining the skills, while working as an intern, necessary to be a pharmacist with us in the future?
I initially met with my pharmacy manager. I needed her recommendation before moving on to the next interview with the district manager. I got the offer very shortly after my interview with the district manager.

Interviewed by Pharmacy Manager. He was very friendly and approachable. Asked basic interview questions about pharmacy and past work experience. Provided a brief description about intern work at Rite Aid and how this would help my clinical learning.

It was pretty simple, The manager only asked a few questions. He introduced me to every one in the store and pharmacy. He looked at my resume and called me again for the drug test and background check.
