Interview
The interview was very informal and not at all nerve-wracking. I felt like I was just having a conversation with the manager. We got to know eachother and she told me about my responsiblities and gave me a tour of the pharmacy and introduced me to the staff I would be working with.

Give me an example of an problem/encounter you had with a patient, how did you react and how to did you diffuse the situation and resolve the problem?
You will meet with the district manager and they will ask you a few questions about your self and why you want to work as an intern for them. They will also ask about why you want to work in retail.
