Thorough interview process, long but necessary
- Did an initial phone screen with recruiter
- Met with hiring manager for a dinner interview
- Brought in for a Power Day (4-5 hours long). This consist of technical assessment, facility tour, company overview, cultural fit assessment and one-on-one sessions with each member of the department I was potentially working with.
- Although the interview was long, it was necessary to have to ensure that both parties (company and prospective employee) are in alignment with expectations and goals
- The company has a fast-paced environment and only recruit the top talent
- Candidates have to expect a delay in response as multiple candidates are being interviewed for the same role (as most companies do)
