It was a two step interview process excluding the first HR screening call. The two technical interviews are pretty inline with your background and relevant to the work you have done. The first interview (technical screen) tests you for your genuineness and the command you have over the work you have done in the past relevant to the role. The second interview (virtual onsite) is an extensive collection of three sessions: Technical domain of your job, First principle thinking and Cultural Fit. The questions are not out of context and reasonably close to your previous answers. Overall the process is precise, crisp and efficiently designed. But the hiring team is very picky despite of a great experience in in the complete interview process.
