The first was a panel discussion with former interns where you got to ask them questions about their experience. The second interview was a technical presentation interview with a panel of engineers.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Rivian (Irvine, CA) in Apr 2021

The 1st round is simple screening with an HR person (they also sent email with questions and u respond to them.) 2nd round is with a Manufacturing Engineer and 3rd round is with the hiring manager.
