Unfortunate experience & honestly very unprofessional. The recruiter was a no-show to our "interview call". I reached out and never heard back. A few days pass and I get an email stating "Thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding our Customer Service Guide position and for sending over your writing assessment. After much consideration, we've decided to not move forward at this time." I replied saying I believe you're mistaken we never spoke as you missed the interview. Again, no response. The company seems great, but the recruiter's work ethic needs to be reviewed.

The interview process was long with multiple steps. The length of the whole process from application to offer was 6 weeks. Applied and was reached out to by recruiter, had three virtual interviews and then offered the position about a week and a half later.

I applied on indeed via website . Received an email from
Recruiter. I had a phone interview with the recruiter , who was wonderful by the way. He was very informative and interested in my background as well as making effort into sharing common ground. I then received homework which was five questions I had to answer in 500 words or less ( in creative writing) couple days later I was assigned a zoom interview with two managers and on day of call one just dropped off at the beginning of the call with zero explanation. I was left to meet with one manager and I Felt like she was in super hurry to get things over with . She pretty much read questions off a paper and did not engage whatsoever which was a bummer. It’s nice to have the person on other side make an effort to engage, however she did ZERO. And it was also difficult to understand her as she wore a mask on the zoom call. It’s a shame because for a company that prides itself on community and culture this gal was in in a hurry to leave and had no interest in me as a candidate.
