The interview takes for 2 rounds> 1.-First round- interview with the recruiter very fast it takes 30 minutes, check your background, successes, day by day in your company, more focus on your experience. 2.-Second Round- Hiring Manager not easy, 30 minutes ask about your continuous improvements, methods that you use to resolve the issue, experience in Robots, automatic stations, scrap reduction
