Straight forward discussion, more casual rather than pre-made questions, really enjoyed this approach. Had questions answered by knowledgeable people. Started with HR member and then hiring manager. Setup first with phone call and background type check with HR prior to actual phone interview.

Had excellent conversation with the senior recruiter then I was passed on to anther recruiter who is overseeing the region I want to work.
It took several messages and talking with the first senior recruiter to be able to get a hold of the second recruiter. Incredibly rude, he clearly thinks too highly of himself.
Note to Rivian: Don't let recruiters deter good candidates. Without the proper team no company can succeed
