Interview
Negatives: Initial screening call definitely left me with a negative impression of the culture. The recruiter touted her own resume, was rude, and presented somewhat of an elitist startup culture that was far from warm or welcoming.
Positives: The recruiter promptly followed up a few days after our conversation.
Process: Received initial communication from a Ro recruiter for an introductory call. Had a quick 30 minute conversation about the my professional background, career goals, and my knowledge of Ro. The conversation quickly turned into a formal interview (yes, this is supposed to be an exploratory screening call) from there.
