Bosch initiated the vacancy directly on LinkedIn. Because of the large number of applicants (>200) the first contact from Bosch took 3 to 4 weeks. By means of a telephone interview 4 out of 15 applicants were selected for a physical interview. 8 weeks after this physical interview Bosch decided that they would need specific knowledge of Packaging Technology which none of the applicants had. After 3 months the stared a new procedure.
