The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Robert Half (Bloomington, MN) in May 2012
Interview
I received a call the day before interview. They send me an email and required me to do online assessment first. Then we made an appointment at 11:am in the morning next day. They asked me some regular question like: Do you legal to work in US ? what kind of job you are looking for ? part time full time. Then He gave me some information about the position.
Normal behavioral questions, hiring managers seemed engaged and reciprocated conversation well. There were multiple rounds, beginning with a phone screening - which were then followed by 2 more rounds via zoom.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half
Interview
I had an awful experience with Robert Half during my recent job search. While I appreciated the initial help in finding an opportunity, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor and unprofessional.
After receiving an offer for a position, I requested a short extension to make a thoughtful decision. Instead of accommodating or even discussing my request with the company that I was being hired for, the offer was withdrawn with little explanation because it "Would hurt their brand". It felt like my concerns and career goals were dismissed without any consideration.
As someone at the beginning of my professional career, I was hoping for a more supportive and transparent experience. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning what this business stands for. I expected more from a company that positions itself as a leader in staffing and recruitment.
Only got the first round interview, They said the position is closed already however they said they have a program which can refer me to other company. The interview is just behavior questions.
