I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2008
Interview
3 rounds with 3 different managers each time. Lots of behavioral questions about past success. Great people to interview with. In all cases the style was casual and you could tell the managers were really trying to make sure the fit was good. You could tell they were looking for team players that were still competitive and wanted to advance in their careers. They were up front about the expectations for the job and did a good job setting expectations. In all a great experience.

Tell me times in your life you have been #1 at what you do.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
The process was streamlined, friendly, and professional. They knew what they were looking for and were communicative with me throughout the process. I appreciated the transparency and the purposeful way interviewing was conducted.
